Meals For Victory & Performance LLC is a personal chef and nutrition service dedicated to enhancing the wellness & nutritional lifestyle of professionals and professional athletes. We believe in building long-lasting relationships with our clients by providing excellent service and gourmet meals. MVP LLC also offers catering for elite events provided with the option of having a personal chef on-site for private dining experiences as well as in-home catering for special occasions. 

Executive Chef & Founder

Nol Foretia has had a passion for cooking since childhood. He attended Johnson & Wales University and earned his associate’s degree in Culinary Arts in 2013 as well as a bachelor’s degree in Culinary Nutrition by 2016. Chef Nol landed his first culinary job after graduation with the Philadelphia Eagles.

From 2016-2018, Chef Nol was the Culinary Nutritionist to the athletes at the NovaCare Complex. He worked closely alongside the team's Dietitian and kitchen staff to provide adequate nutrition-focused meals for the players during OTA's, training camp, and regular season. Chef Nol was a vital component in aiding in the success of the Philadelphia Eagle’s championship season in 2017, as he provided pre-practice food for the athletes leading up to the championship game.

Meals for Victory & Performance LLC was founded as a means to provide athletes the opportunity to indulge in Chef Nol's culinary expertise beyond the field. He conceptualizes and creates recipes based on nutritional value for breakfast, lunch, dinner, parties, and offers meal planning. 

In addition to working with the Philadelphia Eagles, Chef Nol has had years of experience working at prestigious country clubs in the United States, Congressional Country Club, Chevy Chase Club, and Philadelphia Country Club.
